Gareth is nominated for life membership of the Victoria University of Wellington Debating Society for ourstanding debating and adjudication achievements, and superb service to the Society over a period of many years. Read more
Sayeqa is nominated for life membership because of her extraordinary debating achievements over a long period of time, her contribution to the Society and NZ debating through adjudication, and her work as a debating administrator and organiser. Read more
Kevin Moar is a true legend of Debsoc and embodies all that is good about the Victoria University Debating Society. Kev has been a member of the Society since 1998 and has been one of Vic’s most successful debaters and adjudicators. He has also put an enormous amount back into the Society and helped make it what it is today – the most successful and feared Debating Society in New Zealand. We therefore have great pleasure in nominating him for life membership of the Society.
